1. Shipping & Delivery

  • • All ready-made jewellery is imported and Anti-Tarnish.

  • • Ready-made orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours after order confirmation.

  • • Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

    • • Within Kolkata: 2–4 working days.

    • • Outside Kolkata: 4–6 working days.

  • • During festivals, sales, or peak seasons, dispatch and delivery may take 1–2 additional working days.

2. Customised Jewellery

  • • All customised jewellery is made from scratch and manufactured outside Kolkata.

  • • Manufacturing takes approximately 2.5–3 weeks (working days) before dispatch.

  • • Please note that customised jewellery is not Anti-Tarnish.

  • • The nameplate and chain are made from high-quality materials and have undergone water testing. The connecting loops are of standard quality and should be handled with care.

3. Product Quality Check

  • • Every order is triple-checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

  • • We take great care while packing every order to maintain the highest quality standards.

4. Damaged, Missing or Wrong Product

  • • We strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video while opening your parcel.

  • • If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect product, an unboxing video is mandatory.

  • • Please share the video with us within 12 hours of receiving your order.

  • • Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.

5. Jewellery Care Instructions

  • • Keep your jewellery away from water, sweat, perfumes, alcohol, lotions, and other harsh chemicals.

  • • Remove your jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.

  • • Store it in a clean, dry place when not in use.

  • • The better you care for your jewellery, the longer it will retain its shine and beauty.

6. Order Cancellation

  • • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Offers, Coupons & Free Gifts

  • • Free gifts and promotional offers are applicable only when the required coupon code or offer conditions are successfully applied.
